How we deliver our digital products and services.
AMPHLS is a Software as a Service (SaaS) provider. We do not ship physical goods. All our products and services are delivered digitally through our secure online platform.
1. Instant Activation
Upon successful payment for a subscription or a wallet top-up, your account features or balance are updated instantly. In most cases, you can begin using the services within seconds of the transaction being confirmed by our payment gateway (PayFast).
2. Digital Delivery Method
Access to our services is provided through the AMPHLS Dashboard (app.amphls.com). You will receive an email confirmation of your purchase and instructions on how to access your new features or credits.
3. Infrastructure Deployment
When you deploy an AI agent or start a Model Hub training job, the underlying infrastructure (on AWS, GCP, or Microsoft) is provisioned in real-time. Delivery of these services is considered complete as soon as the resource is active and accessible via our API or UI.
4. No Shipping Costs
Since all deliveries are digital, there are no shipping costs, handling fees, or customs duties associated with our services.
5. Delivery Failure
If you do not see your wallet balance update or plan activation within 10 minutes of a successful payment, please contact our support team immediately. We will manually verify the transaction and activate your services.
