Return & Cancellation
Policy regarding service returns and subscription cancellations.
As AMPHLS provides digital SaaS (Software as a Service) products and AI/ML infrastructure services, the concept of a "physical return" is not applicable. However, we have established clear guidelines for service cancellations and account closure.
1. Cancellation of Subscription
Users may cancel their monthly or annual subscription plans at any time through the AMPHLS Dashboard. Upon cancellation:
- You will retain access to plan features until the end of the current billing cycle.
- No further charges will be made to your account for that specific plan.
- No partial or prorated refunds will be provided for the remaining days of the cycle.
2. Digital Assets & Models
Any models trained (Fine-Tuned) or data indexed (RAG) using our infrastructure are considered digital assets created for the user. These cannot be "returned." Upon account termination, these assets may be deleted from our systems in accordance with our data retention policy.
3. Wallet Balance
Unused wallet balances are non-refundable and cannot be returned as cash. They remain in your account for future use as long as your account is active.
4. Service Discontinuation
AMPHLS reserves the right to discontinue or modify any part of the service with prior notice. In such cases, users will be given time to export their data and configurations.
