Our policy regarding payments, top-ups, and service usage.
Thank you for choosing AMPHLS. We aim to provide a high-performance, reliable AI platform. Because our services involve real-time allocation of expensive GPU resources and infrastructure from partners like AWS, GCP, and Microsoft, we have a strict refund policy.
1. No Refunds on Wallet Top-ups
All funds added to your AMPHLS wallet are non-refundable. These funds are intended for consumption of platform services including inference, training, and agent tasks. We recommend starting with a minimum amount to ensure our platform meets your requirements before committing larger sums.
2. Usage-Based Charges
Metered charges (e.g., $0.01 per inference call, $15.00 per training job) are final once the service has been executed. Our system provides real-time monitoring and automated stops to ensure you never exceed your balance, but once a task is performed, the cost is non-refundable.
3. Account Closures
Since we do not charge fixed monthly subscriptions, you are free to stop using the platform at any time. However, any remaining balance in your wallet at the time of account closure is non-refundable. We advise users to manage their wallet balances based on expected short-term usage.
4. Technical Issues
In the rare event of a platform-wide outage or a confirmed technical failure on our end that prevents service delivery, we may, at our sole discretion, issue platform credits to your wallet. These credits are not redeemable for cash.
5. Dispute Resolution
If you believe there has been a billing error, please contact our 24/7 support team at 03001510537 or email support@amphls.com within 7 days of the transaction. We will investigate and resolve legitimate errors promptly.
